Target Markets for Acquisition
Baceline focuses on acquiring industrial and retail properties across the Rocky Mountain, Southwestern and Midwestern regions of the United States. Our goal is to invest in select secondary and tertiary markets that exhibit strong population and job growth, as well as robust underlying real estate fundamentals. In each of our target markets, we feel that we have a competitive advantage in sourcing attractive deals through our network of local relationships, coupled with our focus on properties that may be "off the radar" of larger institutions.
