Westpoint Business Center is a five-building portfolio of warehouse/office properties located in Plymouth, Minnesota, in Minneapolis' northwest suburban industrial market. The northwest market is Minneapolis' strongest performing sector in recent years. The buildings total 161,304 square feet.
The strategy for Westpoint is to physically upgrade the buildings and property, take advantage of the highway exposure and location of the property, proactively manage the buildings and cash-flow, and lease vacant spaces.
