David C. Puchi

Mr. Puchi, age 44, created Highline Group LLC, an entity previously affiliated with the Sponsor, in 1994, after serving as a real estate asset manager for a privately held real estate investment firm. Highline Group LLC and the Sponsor's current affiliate, Highline Acquisitions, LLC ("Highline Entities") have developed an impressive track record of owning and managing an array of commercial properties. Along with Mr. Arnold and Mr. Zoellner, Mr. Puchi created and has managed the Sponsor, Fund I and Fund II Entities.

Mr. Puchi graduated with honors from the University of Denver, with both Bachelor of Arts and Law degrees. He practiced law for five years in Denver, Colorado and specialized in corporate mergers and acquisitions and real estate law. This experience included representing local, as well as national real estate companies and lenders. His background as a transactional real estate attorney was well suited for entering the real estate industry as a principal. He has held positions at Holme Roberts & Owen, a Denver-based law firm; Colorado National Bankshares, Inc., one of Colorado's bank holding companies; and Blackfox Real Estate Group LLC, an entrepreneurial real estate firm. He has been involved in closing over $600 million in real estate transactions. This experience spans every facet of the real estate industry, including creating entities to owning real estate, leading purchase and sale transactions, negotiating various forms of documentation related to real estate ownership, negotiating loan documents, managing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties and raising capital for real estate ownership entities.

In his role as a principal of the Sponsor, Mr. Puchi is now primarily responsible for raising capital for the firm's investment activities. He was instrumental in raising approximately $55 million for the Fund I and the Fund II Entities. He has also raised over $15 million for various single asset acquisitions that the Sponsor or its affiliates have originated. Mr. Puchi has developed a national network of capital sources and continues to cultivate these sources for new projects that the Sponsor undertakes.
