Sean Mullen

Mr. Mullen, age 50, has over 25 years of experience in public accounting serving a wide range of clients in the areas of tax and management/financial consulting. He graduated from Creighton University with a BSBA in 1978 and JD in 1981. Mr. Mullen joined Touche Ross & Co., currently Deloitte & Touche, in 1978 in the Tax Department. He left that firm in 1983 and became the Tax Manager of Prosser & Prosser, P.C., Certified Public Accountants.  Mr. Mullen subsequently joined Hancock & Dana PC, Certified Public Accountants, in 1985. He is currently a shareholder in the firm.

His principal areas of practice include tax consultation and planning emphasizing his practice in the areas of Real Estate, transactions and issues, and related business transactions, Estate/Family Wealth and General Business/Financial Planning. He has been engaged in numerous litigation issues and has testified as the designated expert and consultant involving a wide range of business disputes.

Mr. Mullen’s current affiliations include the American Bar Association, Nebraska and Iowa Bar Association, U.S. Tax Court, Creighton Preparatory High School Governing Board Member, Board Member Catholic Charities, and Past Board member Child Savings Institute. Mr. Mullen has been the local principal to the Fund II Entities in Omaha.
