No Debt Fund III

Launched in 2005, the No Debt Real Estate Investment Fund II is a well diversified portfolio of industrial and retail properties in Texas and the Midwest. Similar in structure to Fund I, Fund II is focused on capital preservation and consistent income generation and always pays its investors first. Fund II was closed to new investment in January 2007.

Western Avenue Plaza is a 95,000 square foot retail center located in South Bend, Indiana. Built in 1971 and renovated in 1994, The property is anchored by Martins, the dominant grocer in the region. It also contains a CVS pharmacy. Both tenants are on long term leases thereby providing stable income for the for the future.
