Baceline Announces Purchase of Eddie Merlot’s in Englewood, Colorado
The Baceline Debt Free Income Fund IV successfully closed on a property leased to Eddie Merlot’s on July 7, 2014. This acquisition represents the third property in the Fund’s portfolio.
Located in Englewood, Colorado, the property is currently under construction by the tenant. This attractive location is near the popular shops at Vallagio, the Inverness Hotel and Conference Center as well as several large corporate offices. As a long-term tenant in another Baceline property, and with an executed 15-year, lease, this acquisition will add an additional layer of diversification to the exciting portfolio of Heartland retail properties for the Fund.
